Did you know phones are tapped?
Hey everyone did you know that your phones are tapped, and you can get screwed in a minute? That mean you cant talk about hardly anything cause you would get in serious trouble! like getting arrested! I think its messed up..... but tell me your input on all this!!!!!

You are right! All lines are now tapped because of the terror alert since . The government hasd the right to listen to all outgoing and ingoing calls originating from outside the US. They can use anything they hear in regards to terrorist or suspected terrorist activity under the new law. However, domestic calls cannot be used for the purpose of prosecution of any crime because they must first have a warrant and court order for such a purpose. So they tend to not listen or pay much attention unless it has to do with terrorist activity. However, if they hear something very alarming concerning aleged felonies someone might commit, they might investigate. But those conversations could never be used in a court of law perhaps only for their informational purposes.
