I am still the only person in the world without a cell phone. If i get one tonight what is the best plan?
and what should ii look for? i need about minutes per monthmax. im not much of a talker so i doubt ill even use that. I dont need a crazy number of features or test messaging. Just a simple phone. If i want to take pictures, i can use my camera so i dont need it for that either.

It would vary by where you live. Some contract plans offer better coverage and connection in certian areas compared to Cricket. I chose Verizon soley based on coverage, I live in NM, and travel often to SC, GA and FL, so Verizon has worked great for me, and I doubt I will ever switch companies. brbrTake the time to compare prices, coverage, and plans before you put yourself into a contract with any provider, or even pay the connection and phone purchase charges of a non contracted company such as Cricket. Find out what will have less dropped calls for your area, and has the best pricing plan to suit your needs.brbrAnother option also would be a pay as you go if you honestly do not use a phone much, but want the piece of mind of having one for emergency purposes. I dont have a home phone, not there enough, but when I did, I only had the pay as you go for emergency reasons, easy to refill your minutes, and as long as you dont use it much, the higher per minute cost will be greatly offset by your usage.brbrbest of luck!
