I know how pathetic and childish this is going to sound but I cant talk to anyone about it and I need to tell someone before its too late

By your photo you look young. I am sure that you are sane, but if this is the only way that you feel alive you need some help in some part of your life. You need to tell your parents that you feel this way and that you are doing this. You need help because you will need to keep doing it more and more to get the same feeling. Please get some help
