Try the patches, try the gums, and if none of that works then the absolute best thing is to try hitting yourself across the face everytime you go to do it. now i dont mean take a board and hit yourself with it but just kinda tap yourself across the face and say hey man what the hell am i doing if that dont work think of it this way would you smoke in front of your mom if you did what would she do to you prob slap u.
